Oil hydration is the process of removing phospholipids from raw product.
Innovative technology of oil hydration - Phospholisorb
The process of oils hydration is maximally adapted to existing purification schemes and the equipment cost is minimized.
Our technology lies in oils’ treating with the help of aqueous solution – «Phospholisorb» and further separating the precipitate formed (hydrofuse).
Obtained oil respond to GOST (DSTU) “hydrated oil”. Phospholipids 0.1 (stereolecithin), a decrease of acid and peroxide numbers is observed, the oil is significantly clarified and removed the non-greasy impurities.
The resulting precipitate (hydrofuse) is a commercial product, it is characterized by: a high content of phospholipids (up to 40%), low fat content (20 – 25%) and can be used for further processing or sale.
