The “Fosfolisorb” using allows to combine processes of hydration and oil neutralization, leading to energy savings, reducing of oils loss and significantly decreasing the process time.

“Phospholisorb” and calculated amount of alkali, under stirring, are fed into reactor (hydrator), thereafter the oil is settled and residue separates (co-stock).

Neutralized oil is characterized by soap absence, what allows to abandon such stages as: flushing, drying and neutralization in a soap-alkaline environment.

Quality indicators of oil after purification correspond to GOST (DSTU) – “refined not deodorized.”

  • Phospholipids – 0.07;
  • Moisture – 0.15;
  • Soap – none.
